The brief
Marwan Chami wanted a cinematic film for Bayya3 El Ward — a romance told through the eyes of an old flower seller — with a scale that a conventional music video budget would never reach: a walled rose garden, a mansion, a nightclub, a vintage Mercedes on the beach, a night drive through the city.
The answer was to build the entire film — Marwan, his co-star, the flower seller, every location — with generative AI, directed and designed like a live production.

Why it matters
The video is a working example of what PhantomAi calls making the unreal, real. Nothing in it was filmed, yet it plays like a location shoot — and the AI "behind-the-scenes" that closes the film convinced many viewers they were watching real set footage. Locations that would have needed a week of travel and permits were designed, lit and shot in the studio's pipeline, with the director's eye deciding every frame.
